Development Overview

Sandringham Manor is a luxury development comprising of 16 apartments set within the Lark Lane conservation area. This detached Victorian villa houses a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments totalling more than 11,500 sq ft.

With attention to detail being at the heart of this project, the approach to the internal finish was to create something befitting the stunning external of this development. Our aim was to provide the very best in modern living with contemporary kitchens and bathrooms designed to maximise space with cutting edge design.

We unlocked the true potential of this development when submitting a planning application for 2 additional basement apartments whilst the other 14 apartments were under construction. We were successful in obtaining planning permission and added an additional 2500 sq ft of accomodation. With a number of apartments having already sold off plan, we carefully programmed the works to ensure that all 16 apartments were completed simultaneously allowing all units to complete on schedule.

A joint venture project, both partners worked hard to ensure the property was restored to its former glory.
