Purchased with the benefit of planning permission for 6 apartments, we instantly recognised the potential of the site and began to maximise this when submitting a new planning application for 3 additional apartments. With considerate design supporting the new scheme, we were successful in obtaining planning permission for the additional units and commenced construction shortly after approval.
