Intuita Property Group purchased this disused plot of land in 2021 and submitted plans for a new build Supported Living scheme, backed by Liverpool City Council’s letter of support. The scheme received approval in May 2022 and planning was granted for the erection of 7 x one bedroom apartments.
Intuita Property Group sold the site with the benefit of planning permission in May 2024.
